Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

Standard terms of e-commerce for SkyCheonWon's Skycoin purchase and refund.

Article 1 (Basic Principles of Subscription Withdrawal and Refund)

① The 'Skycoin' charging and payment service provided by the Company strictly complies with related laws, including the "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc." and the "Content Industry Promotion Act".

② Skycoin is a digital virtual currency (consultation fee) that is charged for a fee through payment methods, and subscription withdrawal clauses are applied differentially according to relevant consumer laws from the time of purchase.

Article 2 (Cases where Refund and Subscription Withdrawal are Possible)

Users may request a subscription withdrawal and full refund for a purchase through the payment gateway (PG) or customer center in the following cases:

  1. Simple Change of Mind and Subscription Withdrawal (Within 7 days): Subscription withdrawal including simple change of mind is possible within 7 days from the date of purchase, but only for pure unused Skycoin balances where not a single coin has been used since payment.
  2. System Error and Company's Fault: If Skycoins are deducted but the AI analysis result report (destiny, tarot, face reading, etc.) cannot be normally viewed or generated due to the Company's server instability, API failure, or payment system defect, the Company will immediately restore the coins or issue a full refund according to the user's request.
  3. Duplicate and Overpayment: If duplicate payments are approved due to a payment system module error, the entire erroneously paid amount will be refunded immediately.

Mandatory Zero Fee for Credit Card / Social Pay Subscription Withdrawal

When requesting a full cancellation of unused Skycoins via credit card, Kakao Pay, Toss Pay, etc., within 7 days of the payment date, no payment cancellation fees are charged in accordance with PG and credit card company regulations, and the full amount is refunded or limit approval is cancelled as is.

Article 3 (Cases where Refund and Subscription Withdrawal are Impossible)

Users cannot request a subscription withdrawal or refund in the following cases, in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Electronic Commerce Act considering the characteristics of digital content products:

  1. When the provision of digital service has commenced (Most Critical): If the user consumes recharged coins and touches [Analyze] for AI destiny, tarot, face reading, compatibility, or dream interpretation analysis, and the result calculation has commenced or the result screen has loaded, or it has been stored in the Destiny Vault of My Page. This is considered that the immediate delivery of human service and digital content has been completed, making subscription withdrawal impossible.
  2. When the legal withdrawal period (7 days) has exceeded: Refund requests due to a simple change of mind may be rejected if 7 days have passed since the date of Skycoin purchase.
  3. Lack of subjective satisfaction: Refund requests based on subjective judgments, such as the derived AI analysis result not meeting the user's personal expectations or liking, or predicting bad fortune, will be rejected.
  4. Free Recharge and Bonus Coins: Bonus Skycoins provided free of charge through event participation or mileage are excluded from refunds and conversion to cash.

Regulation on Completion of Digital Content Consumption

The AI Destiny/Personality report is a customized real-time digital content product run individually for just one user. After checking the result screen, the value of the content decreases irretrievably, so consumption is considered complete and a refund is impossible.

Article 4 (Settlement Method and Refund Procedure)

① For credit card and social pay payments, the Company immediately requests payment cancellation from the approval agency, and the approval cancellation result takes 3~5 business days of the credit card company.

② In the case of bank transfer refunds, such as virtual accounts or account transfers, the user must submit the account number and a copy of the bankbook in their name, and the difference excluding actual payment fees (bank transfer fees, etc.) will be remitted to the designated account within 3 business days.
