Terms of Service

Basic terms and legal disclaimer for using SkyCheonWon's premium AI analysis service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to clearly define the rights, obligations, conditions of use, responsibilities, and necessary procedures between SkyCheonWon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user when the user uses the AI-based fortune-telling, tarot, face reading, compatibility, and dream interpretation analysis services, as well as the accompanying mobile applications and web page content services (collectively referred to as the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:

User: Refers to both members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service provided by the Company.
Member: Refers to a customer who registers personally identifiable information through social login, creates an account, and uses the Service.
Skycoin: A rechargeable digital virtual currency (consultation fee) used to consume premium fortune reports and AI analysis features within the Service.
Destiny Vault (My Page): A feature that saves and stores AI analysis results on My Page so that the member can view or share them again.

Article 3 (Nature and Limitations of the Service)

① All fortune analysis, face reading diagnosis, tarot interpretation, compatibility, and dream interpretation results provided by the Company are virtual analysis results randomly/probabilistically derived based on statistical probability estimation and learning data of artificial intelligence (AI) Large Language Models (LLM).

② All report and advice text in this Service lack scientific, medical, or factual basis, and do not hold any religious or academic authority. Therefore, under no circumstances can they be used as objective facts or an absolute diagnosis by an expert.

③ Users must consume the results of the Service purely as reference material for subjective interest, fun, entertainment, and self-reflection.

Article 4 (Legal Disclaimer and Exemption from Damages)

The Company assumes absolutely no legal, criminal, or moral responsibility or obligation for any direct, indirect, mental, or property damages or disputes that may occur while the user is using the Service.

Exemption regarding decision making: The user is 100% responsible for the consequences of any decisions or actions taken (e.g., stock investment, real estate transactions, career decisions, forming/breaking romantic relationships, other litigation actions, etc.) by trusting the contents, scores, and advice of this AI analysis report. The Company will not accept any claims for damages regarding this.
No substitute for expert diagnosis: The output of this Service cannot replace professional legal advice, medical/psychiatric diagnosis, or tax/financial investment opinions. If the user requires actual significant health, legal, or financial judgment, they must obtain an official diagnosis from a state-certified professional (doctor, lawyer, tax accountant, etc.), and cannot hold the Company legally responsible for any disadvantages arising from relying on these AI results.
No guarantee of information accuracy and completeness: The Company does not guarantee the absolute truth, reliability, accuracy, integrity, or usefulness of the AI-generated results. The user acknowledges in advance and agrees that false information or inaccurate interpretations may appear due to the inherent characteristics of AI generation technology (hallucinations and errors).
Exemption from systemic force majeure: If the Service is temporarily suspended or an analysis error occurs due to reasons beyond the Company's control, such as natural disasters, wartime situations, national telecommunications network failures, Google Gemini API server failures, power outages, or regular/irregular emergency maintenance, the Company is exempt from the obligation to compensate for any mental or property damage caused to the user as a result.

Article 5 (Paid Service Policy and Refund Regulations)

① Users can consume recharged Skycoins to use individual premium analysis reports. The coins consumed for each service are subject to the amount notified on the screen.

② AI Personality Test is provided free of charge up to 3 times per user, and from the 4th analysis onwards, 10 coins are consumed per case.

③ Restriction on Subscription Withdrawal and Refund: The essence of this Service is the immediate initiation of digital content and running one-time AI analysis. Service provision is considered complete as soon as the AI analysis begins and the result is displayed on the screen or saved in the 'Destiny Vault'. Since this corresponds to digital content restricted from subscription withdrawal under Article 17, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 5 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., refund or cancellation of the paid Skycoins is legally prohibited.

④ Only for pure unused Skycoin balances after payment, users may request a subscription withdrawal (refund) within 7 days from the payment date in accordance with consumer rights under relevant laws. In this case, a full refund will be processed in the same way as the payment method without any fee deduction. (However, for exceptional refunds after 7 days have elapsed or refunds via account transfer due to system errors, various expenses such as transfer fees may be deducted, and if some coins have already been used, the remaining balance is not refunded in principle.)

Article 6 (Youth Protection and Healthy Use of Service)

① In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Youth Protection Act, the Company takes youth protection measures so that youth can safely use sound and beneficial AI content services.

② The Company maintains guidelines to prevent youth users from blindly trusting or becoming overly immersed in AI fortune-telling or personality analysis results, and assists them in utilizing the Service as reference information for sound self-reflection and subjective growth.

③ If a user attempts inappropriate payment or abnormal sign-up by intentionally miswriting or falsifying their own or another person's date of birth or identity information, all responsibility for the consequences of such actions and legal harm belongs entirely to the user themselves, and the Company is exempt from any moral or legal responsibility.

Article 7 (Voluntary Account Deletion and Data Purge)

① Members can voluntarily terminate the Service and delete their account at any time using the [Delete Account] feature in My Page.

② Immediately upon the member confirming their intention to delete their account, all account information, fortune reading profile, and analysis history details in the Destiny Vault stored by the Company are immediately permanently deleted (Purged) from the database in an unrecoverable state.

③ All remaining Skycoins will expire entirely upon account deletion. Even if the user re-registers after deletion, the expired balance and Destiny Vault history will absolutely not be recovered, so the decision must be made carefully before deletion.
